Umrah visa processing
We assist you with the visa application and explain which documents you need to submit. Please provide your documents as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing. The processing period depends on the completeness of your documents and the relevant authorities’ procedures.
Return air tickets
The package includes a transit flight to Saudi Arabia and a direct return flight to Dhaka, subject to the confirmed itinerary. We will share the airline, flight schedule and baggage allowance before you finalise your booking.
Hotels in Makkah and Madinah
Accommodation in both holy cities is included in the package. The hotels are selected according to the package category and planned arrangements. Before you confirm your booking, we will share the hotel names and approximate distances from the respective mosque courtyards.
Three Bengali meals a day
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the package. Familiar Bengali meals can make the journey more convenient, especially for families and older travellers who prefer regular meals during their stay.
Group Ziyarat
The group programme includes visits to selected historical sites in Makkah and Madinah. Depending on the confirmed itinerary, these may include Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafah, Mount Uhud, Masjid Quba and Masjid Qiblatain. The final schedule will be shared before departure.
Religious guidance from a Da’e
A Da’e accompanies the group and provides guidance on the rites of Umrah in accordance with the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah. You can ask questions about the rituals and seek clarification when needed.
Pre-departure workshop
Before departure, we explain the essential rites of Umrah, ihram, the sequence of rituals and practical travel matters. We also cover documents, packing, airport procedures and important instructions for your stay in Saudi Arabia.
Assistance during your stay
Our team remains available to assist you with the travel arrangements covered by your package. We will explain the relevant contact arrangements before departure so you know whom to reach if you need help.
